We will then confirm your return with you and provide all the necessary details.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the gifted penguin (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
