Delivery Policy

Please Note: Our website will only accept orders for delivery within the UK. If you are interested in buying from outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery cost.

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50.

For orders under £50 we charge a flat rate delivery cost of £2.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you buy.

Next Day Delivery Service: We do offer a next day delivery service for a cost of £8.99. This service is valid Monday to Friday and we do not delivery on a Saturday. If you purchase on a Friday your order will not arrive until the next working day (Mon -Fri). NB To guarantee next day delivery please order before 1pm

Delivery of your goods shall be made by our carrier, Royal Mail or a courier company to the address shown in the order form. It is important that this address is accurate and unfortunately we are unable to take specific delivery details.

We aim to despatch all goods within one working day*.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

As part of our company policy to reduce waste we do re-use as many cardboard boxes as possible and so if your parcel arrives in a box that looks a little worn it would have used before. If you require your parcel to arrive in a new box please contact us.

We use bio-degradable packing chips and re-cycle other chips that have been sent to us by suppliers and we also try to re-use as much bubble wrap as we can.
