Gardening Best Seller

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

Now I consider myself a bit of a gardener and love when spring arrives and following closely on the heels of the crocus comes my spring favourite the daffodils. With their gorgeous sunny heads they speak of warm weather to come and of your garden bursting back into life. Every year I have to go hunting through the shed looking for my seed packets and half the time I’ve missed the sowing season because its taken me so long to get around to finding them.

Well obviously our fabulous customers are so much more organised than myself and our best seller in our garden section is the East of India Wooden Seeds Box which has a set of month dividers. The dividers allow you to store your seeds according to the months you wish to sow them and you could also use the box to store notes, magazine cuttings, planting instructions etc.

I am going to get myself organised this year so I have lots of gorgeous colour in the garden.

Classic Penguin

Monday, April 12th, 2010

Of course with a company name like ours you would expect us to have a soft spot for all things penguin! Being a complete bookworm my love of classic penguin books combined with design is my idea of heaven. This weekend when the sun was shining and the glass of wine was demanding to be drank I thought the best thing would be our Classic penguin deckchairs just to chill out in. I love both of the deckchairs and can’t decide which one I prefer but knowing me after a glass of wine in the sun probably The Big Sleep would be most appropriate.
